Matt Magness – President/CEO

Matt Magness has more than 20 years of experience as a technology executive with Great Plains Software and Microsoft where he worked in a variety of roles – most notably running the Global Learning and Development efforts for the MBS Division of Microsoft. He is currently the executive director of the Minnesota Small Business Development Center hosted by Concordia College’s Offutt School of Business.

Matt is a native of Fargo, ND and attended SMU (Dallas, TX) and Concordia College (Moorhead, MN) graduating with a degree in Business Administration. He is also an investor and board member with Lura Enterprises, Fargo, ND.

In his personal time, Matt serves as a Fargo Parks Commissioner. He is married to Kathy, a teacher in the Fargo Public Schools. They have a son, Jack, who is a student at a local college. Matt enjoys golf, dogs, and family time in Minnesota lakes country.

Tim Capouch – General Manager

Tim has been with Roll-A-Ramp® since its inception. He has a vast knowledge of all operations within the company.

Tim oversees all daily activities and production logistics and assures the smooth flow of information among all departments within the company.

Tim enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hockey fan and coach.


Greg Moll – International Sales Manager

Greg´s background is in sales and marketing. He has been with Roll-A-Ramp® since its early days.

Greg truly appreciates and understands the needs and challenges of accessibility. He brings a unique perspective to his daily work because he is disabled, suffering an accident where he fell from a tree, leaving him partially paralyzed as a result.

Greg’s attention to detail and positive outlook have helped build a global network of dealers and satisfied customers.

Samantha Heth – Operations Manager (Shipping, Receiving and Logistics)

Sam is in charge of the Logistics Department, and oversees the daily activities that go along with production: preparing build orders, overseeing assembly, and managing the shipping and freight activities.

Sam is also involved in the international side of the company working with freight forwarders for quotes, and making sure Roll-A-Ramp® is compliant with all export regulations. These include Export Document Compliance, Records, and up-to-date regulatory requirements from the countries Roll-A-Ramp® exports to.

Jennifer Miller – Global Programs / Marketing

Jennifer works to build international and domestic business by implementing Roll-A-Ramp’s strategic marketing plan to engage dealers and customers across the U.S. and around the world. Jennifer has an MBA from North Dakota Sate University and has studied abroad in Mexico.

She volunteers for local non-profits and is on the Board of Directors for Handi-Wheels Transportation. As an active member of the Fargo-Moorhead AM Rotary Club, she served as President in 2014-2015 and is currently the club secretary. During her free time, she enjoys distance cycling and training for half marathons.

Lynda Nephew – Administrative Support

Lynda assists with various day-to-day tasks to help keep Roll-A-Ramp® in motion. She provides valuable administrative support to the sales staff.
