New Wheelchair Ramp Installed
Dear Greg,
This is to inform you that my new Roll-A-Ramp has been installed successfully, plus my old wooden ramp has been disassembled and removed from my home. My test run, on-off the ramp, was delightfully easy and it is a significant improvement compared to the old wooden ramp. I am grateful for all of your dedicated efforts which have made procurement and installation of the ramp possible. Special thanks are in order for Greg Moll, Business Mgr at Roll-A-Ramp. Your kind assistance and timely support have been both professional and noteworthy. I trust that other needed disabled veterans are as fortunate as I have been inacquiring durable medical equipment and supplies.

Dear Mr. Moll:
I wanted to inform you that I have enjoyed the Roll-A-Ramp product that was installed at my home. I am a veteran and received the ramp through the Dallas VAMC. It has made getting in and out of my home a lot easier. Before your product was installed, I was using a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood as a ramp. Your ramp is a big improvement. It is very sturdy and I am very comfortable using it. It also looks good! I was afraid it would be something that might make the house look bad.
The team that installed the ramp did a good job, and they were very concerned about meeting our needs and satisfying our requests. I am very pleased with the results, you are doing good work for the veterans.

I recently ordered a 17' ramp from you guys and the client loves it. Light, easy to handle, so versatile, it really is what she needed. She was so appreciative of the ramp that she was in tears. Thanks for your great product.

My husband is a veteran, and we are very pleased with the Roll-A-Ramp. The customer care is far superior. It was very helpful to work with someone who took the time to follow it through. You are the best. Believe me I tell anyone especially any vets that need a ramp that you guys are the best. I didn't forget you....the ramp is working out great and I want to thank you for your expertise is solving this problem....I was told I could not put a ramp in the stairway in front of my house, because I had a "gas meter" blocking the path to the stairway, and it would cost $1500.00 to have the meter moved (not to mention the anxiety of having to turn off gas-lines, etc, and all the hassle). I contacted a contracter about building a ramp for my side stairway and deck, and he stated I would need to get a building permit from the city, which would require signatures from all of the neighbors, since I only had 100 feet between my property and the neighbors property....the other option was to put a ramp in front of the stairway, which would unfortunately block my basement door....
Your solution is working very, very well....it is easy to remove the pins now, and easy to remove a section of the ramp so I can get heavy items in and out of my basement without difficulty.
Most important, my mother loves coming to visit me at my house, and we can now get her in and out
safely.

This is all very exciting to me, since my world has been very small for the last 12 years. Yesterday was so emotional for me....tears and all.
You have what will free me. I knew you guys wouldn't let me down. I learned long ago don’t sweat what you cannot control. I expect the MiniFold to get my wheelchair in and out of my mini-van safely. No more feeling like a burden to all.
I will make sure I thank God for all of you and your wonderful product. I have every intention of sending you more business...so watch for it!

The people there at ADA Pasadena were SUPER very friendly and considerate, and a great job in a little over an hour and we were back on the road toward San Antonio. We arrived yesterday afternoon and just rested until a little while ago. So we are back on track again (Thanks to your super customer service) Any time a potential buyer asks for a reference I will be happy to do so.

Dear Roll-A-Ramp,
We purchased one of your manual folding ramps today and had it also installed into our full size van. We bought and had it installed at Medi-Serv in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Thanks very much, I believe the ramp will be a big asset in being able to take my 83 year old mother out of the house. She has had 3 strokes and most recently broke her only good arm. She has been bedfast and recuperating in bed for the last 5 months. The ramp will be an answer to our prayers.

Veteran VA Install
Just wanted to let people know. My Husband lost his leg due to diabetes, and upon coming home we realized we had no way to get him in the house. I have MS and three blown discs in my back so I can't lift. My husband is also a veteran.
Anyway to shorten the story, I read an article in PN magazine that featured these ramps from Roll-A-Ramp. So I wrote down the information email as soon as I got home. Well they responded within minutes upon receiving my email and they told me they were contracted through and were VA approved. Yippee!!!!! It was very helpful to work with someone who took the time to follow through. So we set about giving them the measurements of our steps and we needed to put the order in through prosthetics for their approval and them sending in the order. As soon as the Roll-A-Ramp received the order we had the ramps within a few days.
They are the best and the ramps are great too. Very easy to unroll and set up. Sturdy should be their first name. Believe me I tell anyone especially any vets that need a ramp that you guys are the best. If you need ramps these are by far the superior ones. Great service to boot.
